Dr Lalehzari might be the kindest, most personable doctor I’ve been to. I really appreciated the way she listened, asked clarifying questions and talked me through what tests she’s was going to run and why. I’m grateful she’s the doctor I was referred to!

Dr Atallah and Dr Rogers were both stellar. They are the ultimate professionals. The staff in the procedure room put me at ease and was comforting and kind. Checking in at 7 for my 8 am procedure was a disaster and upsetting. No one was in the fifth floor waiting room when I arrived. The door was locked tight. I went down to the lobby and the receptionist looked my name up and said I wasn’t on the schedule for that day. She told me to go to the hospital instead because “They tell patients the wrong place to go. That’s where your procedure will be.” I’m glad I stayed put and asked her to call upstairs. Someone answered and I was told to go on up. But the door was STILL locked with no one at the desk. As it turns out, the employees were all late to work. The first one in after 7 was supposed to let patients in but she was in the back, at her desk blabbing with a co-worker. It was a horrible start. These lackadaisical employees clearly don’t care about their jobs or nervous patients.

Not only is Dr Atallah kind and attentive, his entire staff always makes you feel as though you are their only patient. I wish all of my doctors were so great.

The idea of a colonoscopy does not appeal to anyone, I think. Dr. Lalehzari made me feel comfortable right away. She is personable and exudes positivity. She addressed my concerns and we created a plan I feel comfortable with.

Doctor atallah is very good listener. He answered all my questions and concerns.

     

Hands down the best GI I've been to in all my years. Cannot recommend more. Very informative and takes the time to listen and obviously actually cares.

I give this doctor 5 stars. When searching for a doctor you want a man with stellar credentials. Top schools, residencies and fellowships. You don’t want a guy who finished in the bottom half of his class and is in it for the money. Two, you want a professional who has a relationship with a top tier hospital – not one rated at the bottom, with no top quality programs and services, and three, you want a doctor who shows you respect, explains things, listens to your concerns and understands showing up is scary enough. Doctor Flicker has all the qualities you want in a gastroenterologist. I work as a consultant within the legal arena of medical malpractice and so I was very careful about picking someone when needing a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I would highly recommend this Doctor for your specialized care or a second opinion.

Dr. Flicker renewed my faith in the healthcare system and provided the best care I've encountered yet in my journey towards a GI diagnosis. His staff is great and easy to work with (awesome front desk and PA). Dr. Flicker is thorough, communicative and very knowledgable about complex GI conditions.
